By downloading, installing, or using the ABA Agency application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application. These Terms apply to all users of the application within the ABA Agency organization.

ABA Agency is a comprehensive workplace management application designed for internal organizational use. The application provides the following services:

• Attendance tracking with location-based verification
• Calendar management with meetings and task scheduling
• AI-powered assistant for instant support and guidance
• Purchase orders and warehouse inventory management
• Real-time messaging and team communication
• Design request and marketing campaign management
• HR management including permissions, tasks, and evaluations
• Event planning and project management
• Multi-language support (English and Arabic)
• Customizable appearance with multiple theme options

To use the application, you must have an authorized account provided by ABA Agency. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. Access is restricted to authorized employees and members of ABA Agency.

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the messaging system.
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality or servers.
• Use the application to collect or store personal data of other users beyond what is necessary for work purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

The application, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, and source code, is owned by ABA Agency and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the application without our prior written consent.

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the application, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the organization, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABA Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application. The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Palestine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ramallah, Palestine.
